1. Write the name of the child, room number and name of artpiece on the back of each submission. In order to facilitate accuracy, please submit a typed roster as well.

2. Choose from one of three layout formats and specify desired colors, if any.

3. Choose a personalized message, such as the name of your school, the date or event.

4. Include a count of total pieces.

5. Provide your contact information.

When you call to schedule your order, The Art Blossom will send you a form detailing this process. Potential orders of 100 or more will also receive a UPS slip to mail art to us at our expense.
